Please note that this position is specifically with OverCast Digital. THE ROLE Overcast Digital is looking for a Senior Manager to help reputed company our affiliate creator function. This person will help manage reputed company of reputed company Creator Associates (BCAs, and contribute to a portfolio of reputed company reputed company accounts. Own a portfolio of accounts as the senior affiliate reputed company: joining calls, directing reputed company, and approving creative briefs. reputed company reputed company for new clients and brands launching onto affiliate, building the initial creator pipeline, setting reputed company reputed company, and standing up sampling logistics, then transitioning reputed company as the account stabilizes and the assigned BCA ramps. Partner on affiliate systems and tooling (Cruva and similar), surfacing friction from the execution level and piloting process changes at the BCA level. Coordinate with the Creator Management team on the weekly creator tracking reputed company and reputed company-to-VIP creator graduation trigger. Partner with Account Managers and Account Directors on brief creation, campaign alignment, and marketing calendar coordination. reputed company'RE LOOKING FOR Required Experience 5+ years of affiliate or reputed company marketing experience, including 3+ years in an agency setting (or equivalent multi-reputed company in-house). 1–3 years team management — coaching, running 1:1s, and co-owning reputed company conversations, not just overseeing freelance creators. Experience as the reputed company-facing reputed company reputed company on accounts — owning account reputed company and direction, presenting reputed company data, and leading calls with confidence, not just executing against a brief. Experience partnering cross-functionally with Account Directors, Account Managers, and junior-level team members.
