This role is responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and candidates progressing toward RBT certification for our clinic-reputed company and in-home ABA services. This is a high-volume reputed company position for someone who is comfortable with consistent candidate reputed company, frequent follow-up, interviewing, pipeline management, and measurable hiring goals.
