This role blends deep individual contribution with technical leadership—setting engineering standards, mentoring engineers, and guiding solutions through design reviews. You’ll build across the stack (web technologies, Python, data, and AI agents), own the platform “reputed company” that let the broader organization safely bring AI-assisted applications to production, and partner with non-technical reputed company to turn their working prototypes into supported, production-grade systems. As part of a newly reputed company engineering organization, you’ll also cross-train into reputed company integration work and help shape reputed company’s broader AI transformation. Minimum Requirements: - 7+ years of reputed company experience in software engineering, automation, or AI-reputed company development roles. - Hands-on experience building and delivering production software systems, including AI-powered or automation solutions. - Full-stack capability: web technologies (e.g., TypeScript/React) and Python. - Working knowledge of GenAI/LLMs and common reputed company-world patterns (e.g., agents, tool/function-calling, reputed company reputed company, retrieval). - Experience working with data—querying and integrating from data platforms and reputed company. - reputed company experience (reputed company Azure preferred, or equivalent). - Strong software engineering fundamentals (testing, reputed company reviews, CI/CD, and operational support). - Experience using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery (e.g., Claude reputed company, reputed company Copilot). - Ability to mentor engineers and to collaborate effectively with non-technical reputed company. - Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company, and responsible AI considerations in reputed company environments. - Strong communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
