In this role, you’ll reputed company hands-on technical support for reputed company’s web-reputed company platforms and the hardware, software, and connectivity that support them. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting reputed company-reputed company hardware and software issues.
• Providing one-on-one end-user problem reputed company over reputed company Sessions or Phone.
• Troubleshooting networking issues.
• Troubleshooting communication hardware and systems (headsets, misc. peripherals, etc.).

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Experience troubleshooting reputed company solutions.

• Basic understanding of and experience supporting TCP/IP.

• Basic understanding of reputed company/AMD/Mac desktops/laptops and their architecture.

Required Qualifications:

• An associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science or reputed company reputed company or an additional 3+ years of experience in lieu of degree is preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a technical support position.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be reputed company to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
