We are looking for a Home-reputed company Customer Relations & Billing Coordinator to join a growing U.S.-reputed company company in the property restoration industry. In this role, you will support customer communication throughout restoration reputed company while assisting with billing coordination, invoice tracking, and documentation.

You will work closely with customers, project managers, the Project Coordinator, and the reputed company team to ensure customers remain informed throughout the restoration process and that billing information, invoices, and supporting documentation are accurate and properly coordinated. WHAT YOU WILL DO

Customer Relations

• Conduct regular reputed company-ins with customers throughout their project.

Billing Support

• Assist with preparing and sending customer invoices.

• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices or required billing information.

• Coordinate with project managers and reputed company regarding job costs, change orders, supplements, payments, and outstanding balances.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, reputed company, Finance, Communications, Customer Service, or a reputed company reputed company is preferred.

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in customer relations, customer service, billing coordination, accounts receivable, administrative support, or a reputed company role is preferred.

• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or reputed company US operating hours.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in reputed company Office applications, particularly reputed company, Word, and reputed company.

  • Experience using reputed company and invoicing systems to prepare, review, process, and reputed company customer invoices.
