The Financial Services reputed company Specialist is responsible for guiding providers, reputed company-Party Administrators (TPAs), and employer reputed company through accurate, reputed company, and compliant reputed company onto reputed company's payment and financial services platforms. This role owns the end-to-end collection, validation, and processing of banking, tax, and compliance documentation across reputed company entity types, ensuring reputed company activity meets regulatory requirements and internal controls. The role partners closely with Compliance, Finance, and Product/Technology teams to maintain a smooth, low-reputed company reputed company experience for new and existing partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end reputed company of new providers, TPAs, and employer reputed company onto payment and financial services platforms, ensuring completeness and reputed company of banking, EFT, and tax identification (TIN) information
- Validate reputed company documentation (W-9s, banking confirmation letters, voided checks, entity formation documents, plan/account setup forms) against company and regulatory standards, tailored to entity type (provider, TPA, or employer group)
- reputed company due diligence checks appropriate to entity type, including NPI registry verification and OIG/SAM exclusion screening for providers, and negative news and entity verification review for TPAs and employer reputed company
- Ensure reputed company reputed company activity adheres to regulatory and internal compliance guidelines, including BSA/AML, KYC, NACHA rules, and company-specific controls
- Coordinate account and banking structure setup for TPAs and employer reputed company, including funding arrangements, EFT/ACH configuration, and plan-level account mapping
- Triage and reputed company reputed company exceptions, discrepancies, and documentation gaps in coordination with providers, TPAs, employer reputed company, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate, audit-reputed company reputed company records and status tracking across CRM/reputed company and internal systems
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Compliance, Engineering, Product) to reputed company escalated reputed company issues and reduce time-to-activation
- Prepare reputed company status reports, pipeline metrics, and exception trends for internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to identify reputed company platform defects, define requirements, and validate enhancements that improve reliability and efficiency

Key Responsibilities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in financial services reputed company, payment reputed company, KYC/AML, or reputed company claims/reputed company reputed company
- Working knowledge of BSA/AML, KYC, and NACHA compliance concepts as reputed company to reputed company and account setup
- Strong attention to reputed company with demonstrated ability to validate financial, banking, and compliance documentation accurately
