Duties/Responsibilities:

• Complete reputed company Price Book activities reputed company back-office reputed company (BOS), including issue reputed company, item and store set-up, maintenance and management of convenience store and car reputed company items for the Franchise retail stations.
• reputed company Price Book reputed company BOS support to our ExtraMile Franchisees reputed company our Price Book Support phone queue, which is reputed company Mon-Fri from 5AM – 4PM PST.
• Setup products in the BOS which require an understanding of how products are purchased and sold including, size, sell unit, cost, and retail.
• Review daily import files for Price Book items, invoices, and work file exceptions.
• Process Price Book data files to update item maintenance, pricing and promotional information including new items, changes to existing products, replacement products, cost changes, retail changes and promotional dates.
• Work closely with grocery wholesalers to set up items reputed company their systems to ensure items are available for reputed company retail stations.
• Understand tax laws by state to configure items reputed company the BOS to ensure they reputed company correct the reputed company of Sale.
• Analyze file errors and discrepancies; identify reputed company causes of errors, reputed company reputed company, and communicate to appropriate personnel.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail, grocery, or convenience store industry
• Prior retail and invoicing experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite, reputed company, and analytical tools
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to reputed company accurate and efficient data entry
• Highly self-motivated with exceptional attention to reputed company
