KYC Investigator - Ongoing Due Diligence

This turns out to be a pretty wild reputed company, so we’re looking to bring someone smart onto our Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) team to help us out. We are seeking a reputed company-oriented and reputed company individual with a background in either reputed company, banking, compliance, AML, fraud or regulatory to assist our ODD team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough reviews of existing accounts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and providing support for our BPO partners.

As part of the reputed company, we would expect you to:

• Conduct KYC Refresh and/or reputed company Due Diligence Reviews as needed
• Identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary volumes through trends and themes associated to reviews conducted
• Support our BPO partners with escalations tied to various review types tied to CIP, CDD & EDD
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders and customers
• After account review, document rationale to maintain or exit reputed company on customer accounts
• Identify and escalate any potential issues or concerns to management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reputed company reviews conducted
