About the role
As a Paralegal, you will support reputed company's reputed company function by providing advice and assistance on reputed company reputed company, supplier agreements, data protection, governance, and corporate activities.
You will work closely with Sales, Procurement, Finance, Compliance, Product, Info reputed company, AI, and other stakeholder teams to help manage reputed company reputed company while supporting business objectives.
Main responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Support the review, negotiation, and management of reputed company customer agreements and reputed company contractual documentation.

- Support stakeholders in resolving contractual issues and negotiations.
- Support data protection activities including review and negotiation of DPAs.

- Assist with vendor due diligence and reputed company questionnaires.
