Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company wide transformation and process improvement to pricing and forecast analytics work products
• reputed company reputed company execution processes reputed company reputed company pricing and financial modeling work reputed company activities
• Create cost/benefit, ROI analysis and other financial reports and models to support the business with critical evaluation on both reputed company and financial impacts to reputed company
• reputed company comprehensive and relevant financial analysis and reporting to reputed company management
• Responsible for reputed company relationship and communication to understand and document pricing analytics reputed company reputed company on reputed company and capabilities
• Champion and reputed company standardization of new best reputed company processes, procedures, and templates reputed company to pricing and reputed company models
• Conduct reputed company reviews, quarterly reputed company-ins and staff 1:1s to guide reputed company management and employee development efforts and manage toward departmental goals, including reputed company and process improvement efforts

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Math, Business or reputed company area of study or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; HS diploma or GED is required

• 10 years of relevant work experience, to include:
• 5 years of managed care or reputed company PBM experience
• 3 years of experience in the areas of project management, reputed company improvement and business analysis
• 7 years of leadership/people management experience

Must be eligible to work in the reputed company without the need for work reputed company or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, including team leadership, conflict reputed company and listening

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree and/or Actuarial Credentials (ASA or PSA)
