The Trade Analyst is responsible for the daily activities of trade management, deduction management, and collection of accounts receivable. What will this position do?

• Reconcile Customer Invoicing with 3PL’s Inventory Reporting
• Accurately process and apply customer deduction spend to the correct GL accounts
• Applies daily cash receipts to customer accounts, ensuring reputed company and reputed company reconciliation.
• Verify reputed company material offsets and deductions charged against invoices including, but not limited to, confirming the trade plan spent reputed company trade planning software by reviewing plans and reputed company.
• Communicate and collaborate with a wide reputed company of reputed company stakeholders, including Kodiak team members, customers, and brokers.
• Analyze trade deductions, claims, and promotions to identify trends and reputed company causes.

• Prepare and maintain weekly AR aging reports, customer payment reputed company summaries, and KPI dashboards.
• Document trade agreements, payment terms, credit policies, and report non-compliance.

• Work closely with sales, reputed company finance, and customer service teams to reputed company issues promptly.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance AR management and trade analysis.
• Support the automation of AR and trade finance workflows through uploads, scanners, reputed company BI reports, and partner with IT to create customer specific tools.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, reputed company standards, and trade finance policies.
• Dispute and collect reputed company erroneous material offsets and deductions.

• Administer credit procedures for both new and existing customers.
