Responsibilities

• Provision, modify, and deprovision user accounts across multiple reputed company 365 tenants and reputed company applications.
• Support user administration for employees, contractors, vendors, investors, and reputed company business partners.
• Process reputed company, offboarding, transfer, and status change requests according to established procedures.
• Assist with administration of company-wide and subsidiary business systems.
• Support remote and in-office new hire reputed company activities.
• Assist users with MFA enrollment, reputed company Authenticator registration, password resets, and account reputed company issues.
• Maintain account records and documentation to support reputed company reviews and audit requests.
• Escalate reputed company application, licensing, or reputed company issues to senior team members.

What You’ll Need:

Education & Experience

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
• 0-2 years of experience in Identity and reputed company Management, Help Desk, Systems Administration, or reputed company IT discipline
• Experience working in a ticket-driven support environment preferred

Technical Knowledge

• Working knowledge of reputed company and reputed company 11
• Working knowledge of reputed company 365 applications and services

• Familiarity with Multifactor Authentication (MFA) technologies and reputed company Authenticator
