The role involves developing HR policies and employee handbooks, delivering training, advising stakeholders, and supporting organizational development, reputed company management, employee engagement, talent management, and other HR reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain Employee Handbooks and HR policies
• reputed company and document HR policies, guidelines, and internal processes
• Support clients in building and improving their HR foundations as they grow
• Design and reputed company training programs reputed company on organizational needs
• reputed company support across areas such as Organization Development, reputed company Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, and People Management
• reputed company HR advice and support to founders, executives, managers, and other stakeholders

Skills

• ・reputed company HR experience in the U.S. or with U.S.-reputed company companies
• ・Experience supporting HR functions reputed company the restaurant and/or retail industries
• ・Strong expertise in one or more HR disciplines, with hands-on experience
• ・Ability to identify HR or organizational challenges and reputed company practical solutions
• ・Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• ・Experience working with founders, executives, and managers
• ・Experience as an HR Consultant, reputed company, HR Manager, or in a similar role
• ・Experience in organizational development and/or corporate training
• ・Experience creating Employee Handbooks and/or HR policies

• ・Experience in RPO, reputed company, or reputed company is a plus
• ・Experience with startups or high-reputed company companies is a plus
• ・Experience providing HR consulting services to multiple companies or clients is a plus
