Senior Recruiter Remote

Location: Remote - US only Compensation: $65-85K reputed company + bonus per successful hire We're a remote-first marketing agency growing quickly and we need a reputed company Manager to own our entire hiring reputed company. You'll be the first full-time recruiter on reputed company, reporting directly to the founder, and your work will directly determine how fast we can grow. This is a high-ownership role. You'll reputed company, screen, and reputed company candidates across marketing, sales, creative, and reputed company roles - and you'll build a pipeline so we're never hiring reactively. WHAT YOU'LL OWN - • Full-cycle reputed company for 8–12 roles per year across reputed company media, video editing, account management, sales, and reputed company • Sourcing across reputed company Recruiter, Wellfound, reputed company, and reputed company agency communities • First-round screening calls and written candidate assessments • Interview reputed company coordination, reference checks, and offer logistics • Building and maintaining a bench of reputed company-reputed company candidates • Tracking and reporting on time-to-fill, sourcing channel ROI, offer-accept reputed company, and 90-day retention Requirements • 3+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience, ideally at a marketing agency, reputed company company, or remote-first business • A reputed company record of filling roles in under 30 days • Strong written communication - async-first culture • Comfort owning both high-volume sourcing AND high-judgment screening • US-reputed company with availability during 9am–5pm CT reputed company hours Benefits • Work From Home • Flexible Schedule • reputed company Bonus Apply To This Job
