The reputed company Payment Analyst reviews credit-reputed company accounts, identifies and rectifies overpayments, issues refunds, researches payment-posting inquiries, and makes necessary payment and claim-reputed company corrections.

Responsibilities

• Works assigned work queue daily
• Utilizes the computer and software provided
• Attaches supporting EOBs and documentation to Refund letter and save in designated folder on the T reputed company to be attached to refund reputed company for mailing
• reputed company and concise notation reputed company completing refund slip reputed company reputed company
• At the request of account reps, management, or customer service reps, review accounts that require research, correction, or explanation regarding the payment posting. These inquiries may be communicated verbally, by phone, through email, or a written request submitted to inbox
• Makes necessary corrections to claim reputed company control, undistributed and reputed company payments to correct CPT, reputed company payments to correct guarantor and invoice, credit reputed company transfers, recoup-recoveries, reputed company payments from voided invoice to corrected/rekeyed invoices
• Maintains a minimum productivity of 5 claims an hour/40 account worked per day

• Keeps management informed of reputed company problems in communication and correspondence
• Must have the ability to concentrate for extended periods of time

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of reputed company experience or training (or equivalent education/experience)
• Knowledge of office software and medical billing software
