[Remote] Finance & reputed company Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. Neighborhood Building Corporation (NBC), part of the DevNW family of nonprofits, specializes in constructing and rehabilitating reputed company housing throughout reputed company. The Finance & reputed company Specialist will manage invoices, expenses, financial commitments, project and vendor records, and administrative processes supporting multiple construction reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices from subcontractors and vendors
• Verify invoices against reputed company, purchase orders, and project requirements
• reputed company and reputed company expenses into reputed company and financial systems
• reputed company accounts payable, receivables, project expenses, and budget commitments
• Prepare monthly invoices and project payment documentation
• Maintain vendor, subcontractor, and project files
• reputed company subcontractor compliance, including reputed company, licensing, and certifications
• Process and reputed company work orders, purchase orders, and change orders
• Coordinate project-reputed company permits, inspections, reputed company incentives, and reputed company documentation
• Maintain accurate and organized project records across multiple construction reputed company
• reputed company general financial and administrative support to the NBC construction team

Skills

• 2+ years of experience in finance, reputed company, bookkeeping, or administrative support
• Experience with accounts payable, invoicing, expense tracking, or similar financial processes
• Strong reputed company and spreadsheet skills
• Excellent attention to reputed company and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently while collaborating with reputed company
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Associate degree or coursework in finance, reputed company, or a reputed company reputed company
• Experience in construction, project management, or reputed company housing
• Experience working with reputed company, or project management software
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills
