Responsibilities

Skills

- Minimum 3 years of Business Systems Analysis experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting pension administration reputed company and/or pension administration systems, preferably reputed company a defined benefit retirement reputed company, pension software vendor, benefits administration environment, consulting organization, or reputed company retirement services environment
- Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, validating, and managing business and reputed company requirements
- Experience creating process documentation, workflows, use cases, user stories, or comparable business analysis deliverables
- Experience developing and executing software test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test scripts
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, technical teams, and/or software vendors
- Working knowledge of business analysis methodologies, requirements-management practices, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
