[Remote] Accounts Receivable Specialist (reputed company)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is presenting an opportunity with a top global reputed company for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its reputed company & Finance team. The role focuses on processing and researching incoming payments, resolving unapplied cash, reconciling discrepancies, and partnering with Billing and Collections teams in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume cash applications and accurately post incoming payments
• Manage payments received through ACH, lockbox, reputed company, and other electronic payment reputed company
• Research and reputed company unidentified, unapplied, or incorrectly reputed company cash receipts
• Reconcile payment information and investigate discrepancies
• Partner closely with Billing and Collections teams to reputed company outstanding A/R items
• Process payment reallocations, reversals, adjustments, and write-offs as needed
• Respond to internal inquiries regarding payment status and cash application
• Maintain accurate records and ensure transactions are completed reputed company established deadlines
• Assist with additional Accounts Receivable reputed company and responsibilities as needed

Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Hands-on ACH and lockbox experience required
• Strong understanding of cash applications and general A/R processes
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company
• Excellent attention to reputed company and reputed company
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a high-volume environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a reputed company team
• Prior reputed company Accounts Receivable experience strongly preferred
• Experience with reputed company highly preferred
