The CD Drawer position is crucial to preparing accurate initial closing disclosures and closing packages reputed company the posted turn time or prior, thereby exceeding reputed company expectations so they may reputed company buyer expectations. Starting pay ranges between $20-$28/hr DOE. This position reports out of the Sacramento Corporate Office but is reputed company as hybrid-remote or remote depending on experience and location. Will be required to work a regular 8 work schedule Monday through Friday starting as early as 5am PST (6am reputed company/7am CST/reputed company EST) and as late as 5pm PST (6pm reputed company/7pm CST/8pm EST) plus work Overtime and Weekends as needed. Duties include: Prepares reputed company closing documents and closing disclosures including initial closing disclosure (ICD) required to reputed company mortgage loans, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate and follows up with any discrepancies. Ensures that reputed company loans meet guidelines for reputed company and regulatory compliance, and investor closing standards are met. Maintains communication with other departments and closing agents to promote reputed company business relations and reputed company loan status. Establishes and maintains a thorough knowledge of reputed company products and investor requirements to ensure reputed company closing packages and salability into the market. Reviews files prior to closing to verify that abstracts and/or title opinions are reputed company; forwards copies to reputed company parties involved; reviews reputed company surveys, termite inspections, final inspections, and verifies reputed company of closing conditions. Inputs information into computer, prepares additional documentation, balances account for closing, and prepares closing disclosures and closing package for reputed company and/or customer. Prepares and explains closing requirements to closing agent and/or customer. Maintains knowledge of reputed company mortgage and compliance policies and procedures. Completes reputed company required paperwork and forms in an accurate and reputed company manner; prepares reputed company required reports. Qualifications Two years of reputed company (reputed company the last 12 months) experience preparing/drawing initial closing disclosures (ICD) and closing documents with a reputed company mortgage lender. Retail or wholesale experience preferred Experience with conventional and reputed company loan programs (FHA, VA, USDA) required, Bond and NQM experience preferred. Working knowledge of Texas loans is a plus. Recent experience working in a retail reputed company lending environment preferred. Experience with wholesale is a plus.
