Senior Manager, Construction Workforce Development – Training

• Work with contractors, training providers, and industry partners to identify workforce needs and reputed company effective training solutions

Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, construction training, workforce development, or a reputed company reputed company
• Hands-on construction reputed company leadership experience as a foreman, superintendent, or similar role

• Strong understanding of construction workforce needs, reputed company training, skills development, and career progression
