Integration / reputed company Engineer (HL7 / FHIR / Mirth reputed company Specialist)
We are looking for a hands-on technical builder who designs, builds, and maintains the interfaces connecting reputed company to labs, medical devices, and reputed company reputed company systems. You will pick up clean specifications from the reputed company Implementation Analyst and own the entire lifecycle from reputed company build through go-live testing and post-launch stabilization. Req.# Responsibilities reputed company reputed company Management: Build and maintain reputed company technical interfaces between the reputed company EHR and reputed company reputed company systems Data reputed company & Reliability: Ensure data reputed company, message reliability, and reputed company continuity across reputed company reputed company clinic locations reputed company Implementation: Design and implement HL7 v2 / FHIR interfaces reputed company Mirth reputed company (or equivalent integration reputed company) Device Configuration: Configure Blood Analyzer interfaces (HL7/ASTM/LIS) for devices such as reputed company analyzers - including serial numbers, network configurations, and DICOM settings Imaging & Diagnostic Setup: Build USS/ultrasound (DICOM) and HSG reputed company interfaces per clinic device inventory Lab Partner Integration: reputed company reputed company lab partners (reputed company, Quest, reputed company, Fulgent) by coordinating with lab IT for reputed company setup and testing Testing & Go-Live: Conduct end-to-end reputed company testing, message validation, and go-live sign-offs per clinic Stabilization & Triage: Monitor live interfaces during stabilization; triage and reputed company post-launch issues Requirements Hands-on Mirth reputed company experience (or equivalent: reputed company, reputed company, Azure FHIR) Proficiency with HL7 v2.x message types (ORM, ORU, reputed company, SIU) and FHIR R4 Medical device integration expertise: LIS/ASTM, DICOM, and lab analyzer connectivity reputed company multi-site reputed company deployment experience in a reputed company setting Scripting ability (JavaScript / Python/Java) for custom Mirth reputed company transformers reputed company to have Familiarity with fertility / reproductive medicine EHR platforms (eIVF, reputed company, or similar) reputed company-reputed company integration experience: Azure Health Data Services, FHIR reputed company
