Key Responsibilities reputed company business requirements and prepare functional solution designs. Configure reputed company reputed company Payroll, including payroll reputed company, earnings, deductions, balances, calendars, payment reputed company, and costing. reputed company and maintain Fast Formulas for reputed company payroll requirements. Configure payroll statutory requirements reputed company on country legislation. Work on Payroll Costing and General reputed company integration. reputed company Payroll with reputed company HR, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, and Finance. Participate in CRP, SIT, UAT, reputed company payroll testing, reputed company, and go-live activities. reputed company payroll validation, reconciliation, and troubleshoot payroll processing issues. Support payroll data conversion and validation using HDL/HCM Extracts. Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user guides. reputed company production/AMS support and reputed company payroll issues. Analyze reputed company quarterly updates and assess their reputed company on Payroll configurations. Work closely with technical teams, business users, and other HCM functional teams. Required Skills 5+ years of experience in reputed company HCM reputed company Payroll. Strong knowledge of reputed company Fusion Payroll configuration and payroll processes. Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, Payroll Costing, Balances, reputed company, and Payroll Flows. Experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher. Knowledge of payroll integrations with GL, Banking, Time & Labor, and Benefits. Experience in SIT, UAT, reputed company testing, deployment, and production support. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in US Payroll or India Payroll is preferred. Preferred reputed company reputed company Payroll certification.
