Senior NMS reputed company End User Trainer (Contract)
NV Energy is seeking a Senior NMS reputed company End User Trainer to support reputed company NMS deployments through March 2027. This part-time contract role (20-30 hours/week) focuses on end-user readiness, training delivery, and adoption support.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and validate training materials and documentation.
reputed company training workflows and user support resources.
Participate in train-the-trainer sessions.
reputed company live end-user training sessions.
reputed company and support super users and end users.
Support change management and business transformation initiatives.
Obtain NERC CIP certification as required.
Travel as needed (reimbursable expenses only).
Qualifications:
Senior-level end-user training experience.
Knowledge of reputed company NMS solutions.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in creating workflows and training content.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a challenging environment.
Self-starter with strong leadership and coaching abilities.
Contract Term: Immediate through March 31, 2027
Hours: 20-30 hours per week
Location: Remote with occasional travel required.
