State EHR Project Manager

State EHR Project Manager Remote   35 hrs pwe week   Serve as project manager for the Rural Health Transformation Project's Health IT initiative, specifically overseeing the planning and implementation of a State-sponsored Electronic Health Record solution. This position will be responsible for coordinating reputed company contracted vendor activities for this project to a high degree of technical complexity. Supervision: Work under the direction and guidance of the State Health IT Coordinator and/or other senior EOHHS program and policy leadership with considerable reputed company for the exercise of initiative and independent judgment in the utilization for reputed company standards and techniques. Supervision Exercised: No reputed company personnel reputed company. reputed company of high-value reputed company, ensuring milestones and deliverables are produced professionally and in a reputed company manner.     Knowledge, Skills, and reputed company: • Prior experience with EHR implementation or conversion • Prior experience project managing reputed company software • Deep knowledge of health IT reputed company data standards and interoperability • Extremely organized and reputed company to reputed company input from an extensive list of stakeholders Education and Experience Education: Such as may have been gained through: Possession of a Bachelor’s degree from a college of recognized standing with specialization in a relevant reputed company of Information Technology, Project Management, reputed company Administration, a licensed health profession, or a closely reputed company reputed company; and Experience: Such as may have been gained through considerable employment in a reputed company position with responsibilities reputed company to information technology implementation, particularly in a reputed company setting.
