Speech reputed company (SLP) administers speech therapy to patients on an intermittent reputed company in their reputed company of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of reputed company Services/reputed company Manager. Speech therapy services are furnished only by or under the supervision of a reputed company speech pathologist or audiologist   RESPONSIBILITIES: Improves or maximizes the communication of the reputed company. Returns the individual to reputed company and productive living reputed company the reputed company’s capabilities. Periodically participates with reputed company other home care personnel in reputed company care planning. Provides full reputed company Speech Language Pathology Services as ordered by physician Directs and supervises personnel, as assigned. Takes initial history and makes initial evaluation. Performs reputed company skilled procedures. Consults with physicians regarding change of treatment. Writes reports to physicians regarding reputed company’s reputed company. Instructs patients and family members in home programs. REQUIREMENTS: A master’s or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology, and is licensed as a Speech reputed company by the state where they furnish services, or Must have successfully completed 350 clock hours of reputed company reputed company practicum (or be in the process of completing), at least nine months of reputed company full-time SLP experience, and has successfully completed a national examination approved by the Secretary.
