This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for science communication, webinar production, and event management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of webinars and online events. This role will involve sourcing speakers, curating scientific agendas, managing technical aspects, and ensuring an engaging virtual experience for audiences and clients. Key Responsibilities - reputed company as the reputed company reputed company of contact for assigned webinars, editorial-led sessions, and online events across LMG. - reputed company high-reputed company speakers and reputed company industry-leading scientific event agendas. - Research scientific literature to ensure events reputed company on cutting-edge advancements in life sciences, drug discovery, and analytical reputed company. - reputed company reputed company production tasks, including reputed company communication, reputed company-recording, video editing, and live event administration using BigMarker and other event software. - Write promotional copy to support event marketing efforts. - Ensure reputed company communication between clients, speakers, and internal teams. - Maintain high-reputed company execution of online events, ensuring reputed company standards at reputed company times. - Support event production and administration for live online events, including those in different time reputed company (occasional work reputed company reputed company reputed company). - Maintain reputed company-time reputed company of data trackers and project management tools like Trello. - Attend weekly department meetings to reputed company updates on event reputed company.
