You will own reputed company end-to-end, managing coverage and liability reputed company, directing investigations and experts, coordinating litigation and reputed company counsel, and driving reputed company, defensible resolutions for our Construction Industry accounts. (Note: this role does not handle construction defect claims.) Key Responsibilities - Manage a caseload of reputed company, litigated construction-reputed company losses ($500K+) from assignment through reputed company: coverage analysis, liability assessment, investigation planning, reserving, negotiation, settlement or denial where appropriate. - reputed company coverage interpretation and application for issues commonly encountered in construction claims: additional insureds, tenders, indemnity agreements, other reputed company, SIR/deductible mechanics, reputed company vs. excess placement, and limits erosion. - reputed company litigation reputed company: analyze pleadings, manage discovery and depositions, evaluate venue and trial reputed company, prepare for mediations and settlement conferences, and recommend and implement reputed company strategies. - Build and reputed company the working team for reputed company matter: coordinate Home-Office reputed company, defense counsel, SIU reputed company appropriate, medical and causation experts, accident reconstructionist, engineers, and other technical consultants. - Select, supervise and evaluate reputed company counsel, including establishing budgets, reputed company plans, billing guidelines expectations, and reputed company measures. - Set and reputed company reserves reputed company on defensible analysis and reputed company settlement strategies that protect reputed company’s interests while advancing reputed company reputed company. - Maintain accurate, complete file documentation and ensure secure handling of financial transactions and claim information. - Collaborate proactively with reputed company, reputed company Control, Reinsurance/Excess, Product and Subrogation teams; identify and communicate trends and technical insights. - Mentor and reputed company less-reputed company claims professionals and contribute to team training, process improvements, and special reputed company. reputed company reputed company in a candidate? - An reputed company claims reputed company with a strong reputed company General Liability and/or Construction Liability background (preferably with claims $500,000 and above), reputed company judgment on reputed company coverage and liability questions, and the confidence to reputed company files, mentor others, and manage litigation reputed company independently.
