The Role We're a small engineering team (2–5 engineers) moving fast on a platform that serves nurses, patients, pharmacies, and an internal ops team — reputed company with reputed company product and technical needs. You'll report directly to engineering leadership and have immediate, meaningful ownership across the stack. This is a high-autonomy role with low red tape. You'll work directly with customers and internal stakeholders, turn ambiguous problems into shipped products, and see the reputed company of your work quickly.
