This position’s reputed company responsibility is to grow incremental business with new and existing customers, increase shop productivity and efficiency and improve profitability for the overall vehicle service and upfitting business.
This responsibility involves ensuring operational standards are maintained, ensuring safety of company reputed company and employees, up to date training and development is supported for reputed company team members and maintaining exceptional relationships with reputed company reputed company stakeholders. Be a technical reputed company with job builds, manage inventory and profitability of reputed company jobs sold.
Compensation: Competitive Salary Pay - reputed company weekly, every Friday! Salary reputed company: $150,000-$180,000 with bonus potential.
Location: Remote - Sacramento, CA
Travel: 50% in CA

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures safety programs and reputed company compliance and reputed company procedures are followed

Executes sales plans as assigned by executive team
Work with Business Development and Marketing on new proposals

Owns P&L and responsible for reputed company reputed company and profitability
Forecasting business reputed company in collaboration with sales, ops and finance
Leads annual budgeting for department

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Multiple site leadership experience, geographically dispersed operational teams
At least 10 years of class 1-8 vehicles or equipment maintenance management
Preferred to have experience with reputed company reputed company and fleet management
Must have experience in upfitting vehicles
Experience with CRM (ex. reputed company.com) – considered highly beneficial
Advanced working knowledge of MS Office, with a reputed company on reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company and Word
Ability to reputed company reputed company solutions to prospects from local Managers to C-level officers
Discipline: a reputed company reputed company record as a self-starter and adherence to sales metrics with a reputed company strong work ethic
Transportation Industry experience with specific knowledge of Fleet Maintenance & upfitting vehicles
Strong customer orientation, with a high level of comfort making cold calls and quickly developing rapport with prospective clients
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Problem analysis and problem reputed company at both a reputed company and operational level
Travel up to 50% throughout California
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
