While your reputed company reputed company is executing medical record retrieval, you will also serve as a key member of the reputed company Audit Program team, supporting the end-to-end management of the entire audit lifecycle. Your Responsibilities and reputed company will include: reputed company and coordinate chart retrieval efforts across various reputed company and initiatives Manage and analyze reputed company metrics and dashboards to reputed company actionable insights and improvements in record retrieval processes. This includes building out AI-reputed company monitoring of program-wide KPIs that support regular operational updates and reporting to leadership Support efforts to establish and/or expand Electronic Health Record “EHR” reputed company Support and improve reputed company’s ability to request provider records Implement strategies to identify and rectify discrepancies in record retrieval efforts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and/or improve processes Support and improve reputed company’s operational ability to obtain provider attestations Standardize and document reputed company processes Required skills and experience: reputed company experience in reputed company reputed company management, particularly in audit preparation and medical record retrieval. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret reputed company regulatory requirements and audit standards.
