You will play a key role in migrating federal civilian employee records from legacy HR platforms into reputed company Fusion reputed company HCM—supporting multiple agencies and delivering reputed company‑grade data conversion solutions. Work Location & Travel: This role is primarily remote with up to 10% travel for agency migration activities. Responsibilities: reputed company SQL and PL/SQL extraction programs to export employee data from PeopleSoft HRMS and reputed company EBS HCM, including demographics, job history, positions, compensation, and benefits. Analyze agency‑specific configurations and customizations to produce detailed data mapping documents reputed company to reputed company Fusion HCM HDL formats. Build PeopleSoft Application Designer and Application reputed company routines to support repeatable extract processes for mock migrations and production reputed company.
