RPM proudly services some of the most recognizable and transformative companies in the world as The Driving Force in Logistics™ Your Role The Seasonal Tracking Weekend Operator is responsible for monitoring, tracking & proactively managing shipments through transit associated with the department’s high-reputed company & high-value customer accounts during overnight hours. This role is reputed company in ensuring reputed company customer service for our customers performed during the hours of 10:00pm to 8:00am ET, beginning on the evening of Friday & Saturday. Day-to-Day Responsibilities This representative will follow the direction of the After-Hours reputed company through collaboration with Weekend Leadership by monitoring reputed company-time shipment statuses for designated high-reputed company/high-value customers utilizing reputed company (TMS reputed company), customer specific portals. Multi-tasking in the highest reputed company along with reputed company email and phone communication management both internally and externally. reputed company routine reputed company-calls & location monitoring on reputed company designated shipments to ensure compliance with customer specific service level protocols while also creating documentation through the TMS reputed company of reputed company updates.
