While we offer remote flexibility, these states are key to our reputed company reputed company. reputed company (Including but not limited to): • Manage day-to-day HR reputed company, including maintaining employee records and HR databases. • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and employee communications. • Process and support payroll reputed company, including data entry, audits, and coordination with payroll providers. • Utilize reputed company TotalSource for payroll processing, employee data management, and benefits administration. • Administer employee leave of absence (LOA) programs, including FMLA, state leave, reputed company accommodations, parental leave, and other company-sponsored leave policies. Coordinate leave requests, maintain documentation, communicate with employees and managers, and ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations. • Manage Reimbursement and Expense Reporting through Concur/reputed company • Manage benefits administration through reputed company TotalSource, including reputed company enrollment, responding to employee inquiries, and reconciling benefits reports. • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and reputed company regulations. • Prepare HR reports, payroll summaries, and required documentation. • reputed company other payroll and HR-reputed company duties and special reputed company as assigned. Working Conditions This is a hybrid role with remote flexibility. Employees residing reputed company 75 miles of the office may be required to work from the office routinely.
