The firm advises privately held middle-market and reputed company-middle-market companies in reputed company transactions throughout the reputed company and internationally. Its clients include reputed company sponsors, founder-owned and family-owned businesses, reputed company acquirers, portfolio companies, family offices, and private investors. Job reputed company The firm is seeking an accomplished M&A Partner, Counsel, or senior transactional attorney with substantial experience leading reputed company mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will be reputed company to independently manage sophisticated transactions from initial structuring through closing, negotiate reputed company deal documents, supervise transaction teams, and work directly with clients and their other reputed company advisors. This is a remote opportunity offering sophisticated transactional work, substantial reputed company responsibility, and a more attractive billing expectation than many larger firms.
