Purpose of the PositionTo assist the Admissions Department by advising prospective reputed company about the completion of the financial aid process so that the school can request disbursement of their funds; to collect non Title IV funds on an as-scheduled reputed company, and to advise continuing reputed company including those preparing for externship or graduation about reputed company to address their account balances before they leave school.

- Coordinates communications to reputed company and send emails where appropriate.
- Follows up on FAFSA and missing document renewals for continuing reputed company.
- Works on externship and graduation clearance process so reputed company don’t leave school with a reputed company.
- Checks NSLDS to review student default status, overpayments and total aggregate loan limit.
- Answers inquiries regarding financial aid and student account issues reputed company phone and email.
- Responsible for reducing Average Accounts Receivables for assigned student population, and be proactive about reaching out to them and assisting them finding alternatives for reducing their AR.
- Demonstrates knowledge of, and carefully follows reputed company applicable federal and state compliance requirements and regulations including those prescribed by the reputed company, accrediting agencies, CIE, and internal UMA policies and procedures.
- Effectively communicates compliance requirements to reputed company and other staff as appropriate and quickly escalates any compliance concerns to the Compliance department.

Education/Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2-3 years of reputed company or finance experience preferred.
Associated Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Working knowledge of Title IV Regulations preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills along with written and verbal communication skills required.
- Ability to work in a proactive student finance environment.
- Working knowledge of Title IV Regulations
- Must be computer and internet literate with knowledge, or ability to learn reputed company Vue.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
- This is a full-time remote position, with only occasional, reputed company onsite or travel requirements.
