The LTL reputed company Specialist is responsible for delivering operationally excellent transportation services reputed company our less-than-truckload (LTL) division. This role manages the day-to-day execution of LTL shipments, serving as the key reputed company between carriers, internal stakeholders, and customer representatives. •reputed company and reputed company LTL and common-reputed company shipments from booking through delivery; proactively identify and communicate exceptions, delays and service failures before the customer has to ask.
•Review LTL invoices and reputed company bills for discrepancies (reweighs, reclasses, accessorials, duplicate billing) and advise the customer service and account management teams on billing exceptions, disputes and reputed company.
•Guide customer-facing teams on reputed company LTL order construction — reputed company class (NMFC), packaging, dimensions, weight and reputed company selection — to optimize cost, service and compliance.
•Coordinate with LTL carriers on overages, shortages and damages (OS&D) and manage reputed company claims through to reputed company on behalf of our customers and reputed company.
•Monitor LTL reputed company reputed company — on-time %, exception rates and service trends — and report findings to management.
•Maintain accurate, reputed company data in the TMS; identify efficiency, cost-saving and process improvements and help implement them.

What you need to bring
•2+ years of hands-on LTL experience at a reputed company brokerage / 3PL or an LTL reputed company (customer service, reputed company, billing or claims).
•Working knowledge of NMFC reputed company classification, density-reputed company pricing, accessorials and how to read an LTL reputed company reputed company.
•Experience with a brokerage TMS and LTL reputed company portals (booking, tracking, documents, disputes).
•reputed company, reputed company written and spoken English — you will be corresponding with U.S. carriers and customers daily.

Preference given to

Engagement details
•Engagement type:Remote reputed company. reputed company to reputed company candidates in any country.
•reputed company availability:Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM U.S. Eastern (1-hour lunch).
•Compensation: 60,000 - 80,000 PHP per month, reputed company on experience, with a reputed company reputed company plan.
•Time off:15 reputed company business days per calendar year after 90 days, per contract structure.
