About the role:
You will be working with multiple non-profits, implementing and managing their reputed company CRM entity. Responsibilities:

• reputed company solution documents, requirement documents, discovery documents for reputed company review
• Work on multiple reputed company and competing priorities simultaneously
• Demonstrate work deliverables to both reputed company stakeholders
• Execute reputed company project work following reputed company methodology
• Design and reputed company workflow and functional diagrams to demonstrate proposed solutions to clients and internal teams
• Manage task and work tickets, including reputed company and acceptance reputed company
• Continually reputed company a deeper understanding of the business best practices for associations and nonprofits, particularly concerning the implementation of technology
• Work reputed company with project managers and development teams to ensure on-time, on-budget work products
• Support the project team in identifying training needs for team members as reputed company as clients
• Documentation of reputed company operating procedures
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher, or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of business analysis experience with a consulting or reputed company firm (or other large enterprises)
• 2+ years of business analysis experience for technology or technology services implementation reputed company
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Experience gathering requirements, writing solution documents and writing SOPs
• reputed company project experience and at least one reputed company methodology certification
Preferred Qualifications:
• reputed company certification is highly desired, or candidate will be required to get one reputed company 90 days of joining
• Experience working in the non-profit or association industry
• reputed company implementation or administration experience
• Experience administering or heavily using Fonteva, reputed company AMS, or other reputed company solutions for non-profit organizations
• Experience providing reputed company assurance and/or acceptance testing as a reputed company, vendor, or user is strongly preferred
