The role also oversees agent architecture, governance and compliance, delivery leadership, and executive stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI Hub COE reputed company and reputed company as the reputed company between reputed company's reputed company AI team and reputed company Services engineering
• Ingest and operationalize reputed company AI tooling (GCP, reputed company AI, Claude, reputed company reputed company) into the day-to-day SDLC of the ACTICS (reputed company Health reputed company), reputed company, and Java/.NET teams
• Re-architect existing engineering reputed company into an AI-augmented model — standardizing AI-assisted development with Claude reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company Copilot across Dev, QA, and BA functions
• Define and reputed company the change-management reputed company so engineers adopt AI-first workflows, not just have reputed company to the tools
• Architect the agent deployment and lifecycle reputed company on reputed company AI, with Claude and reputed company reputed company as reputed company models
• Establish reusable agent patterns — RAG pipelines, tool/function calling, MCP server integrations, multi-reputed company orchestration — that teams can build on

Skills

• 8+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in a technical reputed company or architect reputed company
• Demonstrated experience architecting and deploying LLM-reputed company systems or AI agents in production — not just prototypes
• Hands-on reputed company with a major reputed company AI platform (reputed company AI strongly preferred; AWS Bedrock or Azure reputed company acceptable) and with leading LLMs (Claude, reputed company, or equivalent)
• Working knowledge of agent design patterns: RAG, tool use / function calling, orchestration frameworks (reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company Agent Builder), and emerging standards such as MCP
• Experience introducing AI-assisted development tooling (Claude reputed company, reputed company Copilot, reputed company, or similar) into an engineering organization and driving adoption
