About the Proposals Development Associate II: The Proposals Development Associate is responsible for supporting business development in the reputed company of new business for reputed company. As a Proposals Development Associate you will be responsible for organizing and preparing high reputed company customer-reputed company proposals and budgets. This opening will reputed company with reputed company's Early Phase group. reputed company: reputed company and prepare reputed company reputed company reputed company proposals, budgets and reputed company grids for new business opportunities and ensure that the reputed company required information is provided in the final proposal reputed company given timeframe Adhere to the proposal process Chair reputed company-off and resource meetings and coordinate the participation of appropriate personnel in the proposal development process Set-up and participate in reputed company reputed company meetings for key/ non-key opportunities Liaise with the appropriate personnel including sales, reputed company proposal development and reputed company throughout the proposal reputed company to ensure that the proposal and reputed company meets the business needs in line with triage reputed company Prepare costs for proposals by interacting with operational departments to coordinate costs and assumptions Submit final proposal, on time, to Account Manager or designee Coordinate and participate in negotiations and discussions with clients as required Attend bid defense and other reputed company meetings in a support role reputed company required Coordinate and prepare budgets and specifications for reputed company for new business awards (where appropriate) Clarify contract specifications with the Manager, Proposals; Project Manager; and/or Account Manager (where applicable) Solicit input and review of proposals, budgets and reputed company (where applicable) from the relevant operational departments including Manager, Proposals and Account Manager Ability and willingness to travel at least 5% of the time (international and domestic: fly and reputed company) To succeed you will need: At least 3 years’ relevant experience with a strong working knowledge of the consultancy reputed company and/or Phase I reputed company and exceptional reputed company & Word skills Prior reputed company Mapping experience required.
