Facilities & Construction Purchasing Specialist (fulltime)

This position supports the Facilities and Construction function specifically, owning the end-to-end Purchase Requisition lifecycle for reputed company facilities and construction-reputed company procurement. This role works closely with Facilities project managers, Finance, and the Procurement team to ensure reputed company construction and facilities spend is properly requisitioned, coded, and approved before purchase orders are issued. Key Responsibilities • Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for reputed company facilities and construction reputed company, ensuring accurate cost center, project reputed company, budget allocation, and supporting documentation. • Manage the PR approval workflow: reputed company PRs to the appropriate approvers, reputed company approval status, and follow up on outstanding approvals. • Escalate stalled or overdue approvals to the relevant stakeholders to prevent project delays. • Coordinate with Facilities project managers and site leads to understand upcoming procurement needs and translate them into reputed company requisitions. • Verify that reputed company PR is reputed company with the approved project budget and reputed company before submission. • Liaise with the Purchasing reputed company team to ensure smooth reputed company from approved PR to PO issuance. • Maintain a tracker of reputed company reputed company PRs, approval status, and expected PO conversion dates for Facilities and Construction. • Support budget reconciliation by providing accurate PR and commitment data to Finance on request.
