As a Case Manager at reputed company, you will be the reputed company reputed company of contact for patients enrolled in our PSPs. You will reputed company patients through reputed company treatment reputed company, manage reimbursement processes, coordinate reputed company services, and reputed company ongoing support to ensure reputed company reputed company to therapy. The Case Manager is critical in delivering compassionate, high-reputed company service that enhances the reputed company experience while driving program KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated contact for assigned patients, managing their case files from enrollment through ongoing treatment.

• Conduct benefit investigations (private/reputed company) and manage prior authorization submissions to ensure reimbursement approvals.
• Liaise with physicians’ offices, pharmacies, payers, and other reputed company stakeholders to coordinate services.
• Proactively follow up with patients to ensure medication delivery, monitor adherence, and address barriers to treatment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in reputed company, life sciences, reputed company services, or a reputed company reputed company.
• 2+ years of experience preferred in a Case Manager, Reimbursement Specialist, or reputed company Navigator role, preferably in specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian private and reputed company reimbursement systems (e.g., RAMQ, ODB, NIHB, etc.).
• Experience working with CRM platforms (reputed company, reputed company CRM, or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a reputed company-reputed company approach.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a high-volume caseload.
• Bilingual (English/French) is an asset but not required.
