Key Responsibilities • Deliver engaging and effective virtual instruction tailored to students with special needs. • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support each student’s learning and development. • Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other educators to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure success. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Education or Special Education (required). • Master's degree in Special Education or related field (preferred). • State of Illinois Teaching Certification (PEL) is a must. • Experience in a virtual teaching environment is a plus, but not required. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Passion for working with students with special needs and helping them succeed.
