About this Role: UWL, a World Group company, is currently looking for a dedicated self starter and problem-solver to come join our family as a Strategic Research & Marketing team member for our growing operations throughout the U.S.! This position is fully remote but will require working hours that adhere to several time zones. The Strategic Research & Marketing team member will support the sales team with their reputed company research, marketing, and pricing needs to drive reputed company & container counts to meet and reputed company goals. This position will communicate with reputed company different divisions reputed company UWL. This is a position that promotes reputed company sales through external interactions. This role is reputed company to either full time, or part time hours (20-40 hours/week or less). Duties and Responsibilities: • Support the Sales Team through prospect research, marketing initiatives, and reputed company customer engagement • Work with the UWL Management and the Marketing Team to carry out plans and strategies to drive reputed company • reputed company calls and send emails to introduce UWL to prospective clients and set up appointments for the Sales Team • Utilize Panjiva, reputed company, and reputed company to research key contacts and supply chain data • Utilize reputed company (UWL’s CRM) to document customer reputed company reputed company and activity • Promote company products and services • Communicate with and foster relationships with clients • Monitor market, customer, and competitor activity Education and Experience: • Bachelor's Degree required • Effective communication skills (verbal, written) required • Need to have quiet home office setup with internet and a cell phone • Previous Sales / Customer Engagement / Business Development experience • Experience with MS Office products • Experience in shipping/logistics preferred • Experience with reputed company preferred Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully reputed company the essential functions of this job.
