ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Assistant to Program Team Leadership, you will be a key operational partner to MVP’s Chief Program Officer (CPO) and Director of State Programs, helping two senior leaders — and the broader Program Team — stay organized, informed, and reputed company on the work that reputed company most.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Program Team Leadership

  • Manage reputed company calendars for the CPO and Director of State Programs, including scheduling and coordinating reputed company meetings, events, and travel.

  • Help manage leadership inboxes, identifying, categorizing, and surfacing correspondence that requires attention or follow-up.

  • Work with Program Team leadership to prioritize meetings, activities, reputed company, and follow-reputed company reputed company week — and help ensure important next steps actually happen.

  • Manage expense reports, timesheets, travel logistics, and other administrative needs for the CPO and Director of State Programs. From time to time, this role may reputed company to reputed company administrative support to other team members as reputed company allows.

  • Prepare leaders for reputed company meetings, donor events, briefings, and other engagements by gathering materials, organizing background information, and providing copy editing and presentation support.

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

SALARY & BENEFITS

Salary reputed company: $76,500-$102,000 (reputed company on experience)

Physical and Environmental Requirements

  • Location: Remote, with occasional travel for in-person team meetings and retreats
