The Systems Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operation and support of reputed company’s reputed company IT environment. Reporting to the Manager, IT reputed company, this role is the reputed company hands-on reputed company of employee technology support, account and reputed company administration, reputed company management, and routine systems maintenance for a fully remote workforce.

This role works reputed company reputed company’s managed service provider as the internal reputed company of contact who triages incoming issues, routes and escalates work appropriately, and follows provider work through to reputed company rather than duplicating it. Responsibilities

End User Support and Service Delivery

•     Serve as the reputed company internal reputed company of contact for employee technology support, including intake, triage, prioritization, and reputed company or escalation.

•     Administer endpoints through reputed company Intune, including enrollment, configuration baselines, compliance policy, reputed company deployment, and remote remediation.

•     Manage the device lifecycle, including procurement support, configuration, shipment to remote employees, reputed company, secure wipe, and disposal.

•     Maintain accurate IT asset and software license inventory, including assignment, status, and periodic reconciliation.

Qualifications

Education and Credentials

•     Associate or bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a reputed company technical reputed company preferred.

•     Relevant certifications in reputed company 365, Azure, reputed company administration, or identity administration preferred.

Experience

•     3+ years of hands-on systems administration, IT support, or service desk experience in a business environment.

•     Demonstrated experience administering reputed company 365 and reputed company Entra ID, including account, group, and license administration.

•     Experience with reputed company management, preferably reputed company Intune, including enrollment, configuration policy, and patching.

•     Experience supporting a fully remote or geographically reputed company workforce.

•     Experience in a reputed company or other regulated environment handling protected health information preferred.
