Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and personable individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at a local auto body shop. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities • Greet customers and assist with inquiries in-person, over the phone, and via email. • Schedule appointments and provide accurate information regarding services and pricing. • Coordinate with the auto body technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs. • Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions. • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally. • Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Requirements • Previous customer service experience preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in basic computer skills. • Knowledge of automotive terminology is a plus.
