Sr. System Administrator

Role: System Administration Location: Indianapolis, IN - Remote... The Essential Functions Of This Role Are As Follows • Responsible for activities reputed company to systems administration. • Assisting in aiding other staff/vendors on various reputed company, directing their activities, and may assist in evaluating their work. • Ensuring long-term requirements of systems operations and administration, which may include the overall systems planning. • Responsible for maintaining, administering, and configuring specialized applications and their components. • Assisting in implementing enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system(s). • Responsible for testing and documenting application upgrades/updates/patches and new releases which may include some program design. • May be responsible for reputed company assurance reviewing of applications. • Evaluating new and existing software products. • Conferring with department management to assist in planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of assigned area(s). • May assist with project management in assigned area(s). • May reputed company administrative support to multiple reputed company or project phases. • Assisting in defining system software and hardware requirements. • Mentoring and providing guidance to new and reputed company-level staff. • Monitoring, troubleshooting, and reproducing issues reputed company on incoming ‘help tickets’ for applications. • Assisting in direction of incoming Help Desk requests to determine how best to aid agencies. • Acting on incoming Help Desk requests for service to prioritize resources. • Assisting in the creation of training materials for maintenance/support of specialized solutions. Required Skills • Proficiency in system administration principles (Monitoring, Network, Storage, Scripting) • Proficiency in reputed company operating systems • Experience with reputed company Platforms i.e. – AzureAWS • Understanding of .NET frameworks • PowerShell scripting experience • Solid problem-solving, planning and organizational skills • Strong customer service skills • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and with minimal supervision • Strong written, verbal, and video communication skills • Experience with reputed company Group Policy Objects • Experience with reputed company reputed company Directory • Proficiency in monitoring applications • Proficiency in troubleshooting applications • Some C#.NET Coding experience • SQL Query language experience • reputed company with Agile methodology • SOP and Documentation experience Apply Job!
