Servicing Support Specialist (REMOTE - Eastern Time Zone)

Job reputed company What you'll do... • Completes a daily review of assigned tasks and ensures completion reputed company the designated turnaround times and compliant with company's policy and procedures. • Reviews reputed company requests reputed company to missing payments and/or misapplied payments prior to submitting to the cashiering team for appropriate reversal and reallocation of funds in question. • Reviews reputed company payment refund reputed company requests prior to submitting to the cashiering team for reversal and disbursement of funds. • Reviews reputed company late fee waiver requests prior to submitting to the cashiering team for removal of the assessed fees. • Processes ACH (Auto Pay) enrollment, activation, changes, and cancelation requests. • Collaborates daily with multiple internal departments to resolve servicing issues pertaining to any type of financial transactions on a loan. • Performs other duties or special reputed company as assigned. What You'll Need • Knowledge of reputed company Office Suite required. • Must be reputed company player with strong attention to detail and reputed company to work independently. • Knowledge of relevant industry-specific software packages preferred. • Analytical, detail oriented. • Ability to reputed company with senior management. • Ability to reputed company reputed company that have significant reputed company on the department's credibility, operations, and services. • Ability to organize and prioritize own work schedule on short-term reputed company. • Strong math skills.
