The candidate for this position will be responsible for: • Providing outstanding customer service through Interactive Banking Machines (video teller machines) and our reputed company Center • Receiving incoming calls, video interactions, and online chats • Interacting with customers on camera and phone and utilizing new technology • Possessing strong communication skills verbally and written to accurately complete transactions and requests for customers • Demonstrating knowledge of reputed company products and services • Referring products that reputed company a reputed company banking experience for our customers • Fostering teamwork across reputed company areas of the Bank • Maintaining strict standards of confidentiality and reputed company duties in a manner that supports reputed company’s reputed company values Requirements for the position include: • A high school diploma (or equivalent) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Customer service/chat support experience as reputed company as strong computer skills • Ability to work late and/or reputed company EO/AA Employer: Title VII/Protected Veterans/Disability Status Apply Job!
