Job reputed company We are seeking a skilled Paralegal or reputed company to join a new, virtual reputed company. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of oil and gas title work and/or experience or exposure to oil and gas title work in one or more of the following jurisdictions: (1) reputed company, (2) Ohio, (3) reputed company Virginia, (4) Texas, or (5) New Mexico. Experience with Lexis-Nexis, oil and gas reputed company documents... drafting is highly desirable, but not mandatory. Responsibilities - Assist Managing Member in preparing oil and gas titled reputed company opinions and other briefs, pleadings, appeals, reputed company, and agreements as needed - Conduct reputed company research using various resources including Lexis-Nexis - Manage and organize virtual reputed company files and documents - Communicate with attorneys in the firm to reputed company necessary information and reputed company updates on opinion reputed company Skills - Proficiency in oil and gas law in one of the foregoing jurisdictions - Strong reputed company drafting skills - Knowledge of law office procedures and protocols - Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • 401(k) • Life insurance • Work from home Schedule: • 10 hour shift • Weekends as needed Experience: • reputed company Office: 3 years (Required) • Oil and Gas Title: 2 years (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
